Seems I've successfully installed the new Forum software. Finally!!

Lot of set up and learning left to do but with what Paradise / hotboards has started doing with our Old Forum, I'm installing now... on the learn as I go plan.

About time huh! Ok, I'm going to shove this one in place of the old one in the next couple days and see if everything works, but I expect we'll be keeping her. Still have some work to do on it, but I don't figure we can wait with the invasion of our visitors privacy at stake. So pardon a little clumsiness of appearance for a while.

We obviously could no longer live with what the Hotboards folks were doing to us with the addition of all the info gathering cookies, ads and now the page header. Really sorry about that. Anyway this one we are hosting ourselves with no outside participation other than a regular server so should have no further incursions.

I'm looking for suggestions for topics. Any ideas?
